America has become a fast food nation and now we are expanding our conveniences to other countries as well. This epidemic has now become global. Obesity is running rampant. Empty calories are the mainstay. Death is impending.

When will Americans wake up and smell the High Fructose Corn Syrup and the fat burgers being served up at your local fast food chain. For the first time in our nations history the life expectancy of our children is less than that of their parents. Did you HEAR that? Listen up America, we need to make changes and we need to do it now for the sake of ourselves and our children.

Autism rates in 1983 were estimated at 1 in 10,000 children. Today it's 1 in 150. I don't know about you but these are shocking details to me as a parent. I have to ask WHY? There is a direct link between the number of required inoculations in 1983 (10) and the number today (32). These vaccines are loaded with harmful substances like aluminum and mercury which together can cause massive amounts of damage. Research now shows the children with autism also have low glutathione levels. Glutathione is a necessary antioxidant that enables the liver to process these toxins as waste.. Fear not America, all is not lost. There is a movement back to the basics. As these topics get more and more press, public awareness is now starting to speak out and say "No Mas".   We as consumers can demand change. Many restaurants are now eliminating high fructose corn syrup and corn fed meat from their menus. Farmers markets are now popping up to the tune of over 4300 in America. Little by little farmers are starting to take back their fields and grow healthy food once again. Unfortunately it's still only a fraction of what it needs to be. We must provide healthy food for the general population or obesity, disease, and infections will continue to rise.
